You meet a nice guy and things are going great. You give him your number and don't hear from him for a week. Then he cancels plans at the last minute for no good reason. He asks you to hang out with him and his friends and next thing you know you're at a strip bar watching the football game. He stops returning your texts and doesn't call you when he said he would. Men play all kinds of games and this article will help you understand them.

   Men and women are completely different creatures. They think, eat and speak differently. Once you realize this, things will be a lot easier. Don't read too much into anything they say or do. It's usually not that complicated.

If you turn into an emotional basket case, he wins and he gets to tell all his friends what a psycho chick you are. Surprise him and show him that you can control your emotions. You can't take care of anyone else if you can't take care of yourself. Don't drop your life for a guy. Ever. Have hobbies, hang out with friends, cook, do whatever makes you happy and keeps you busy. If you find a guy that's special enough, make time for him. That's what men do. They live their lives and if they meet a woman that they like they will fit her into their lives.

If you give him the typical female reaction, you are falling into a trap. If you catch him staring at another woman, acknowledge it and move on. Say "she's really pretty" and then change the subject. He won't know what to do.

Don't drop hints or expect him to read your mind. If you want something, ask for it. If you are upset about something he did tell him, discuss it and move on. Shocker I know, but most women will drop whatever they were doing for a guy. A guy wouldn't do that. He would be logical, keep his original plans and reschedule for a later date.

Women have a tendency to go on and on about something and this is very annoying. If he cancels again, make other plans and stick with them.

You have to give him that incentive. If you're going out with friends or running errands, dress nice and put on makeup. Don't ever let yourself go. Let him always see you as the amazing woman that you are. Let him think that it's possible to lose you, so he is always working to keep you.
